Of Dream , Of Dream ~collaboration with Cpat Hair See now the harsh amber husk of night, envelop the body’s sore insolence in a hardened wilderness of dream-scarves, Westward luring, these red muslin depths of wet petals cling desperate upon a black bough, leaning into lucidity with hands, sure to lift the perilous scent of orchids piled in a great sheathe of rain, you come, to shepherd my sorrow, gently strip the gypsy silk from my limbs, my temple, my tomb, opening a silence of ruined wings, your touch a path of soft, wild promises bathe my skin with seed, in these quiet silver pools of summer dream, and warm my child in your wings, So now the clouds pile themselves into a tumbled weave of violet blooms too fair to cover the limbs that hang heavy with the mists of desert storms late come to the sky or night as I yearn for some small breath that sleep might bring leaving me in slow satin dream where I am wrapped in more than the ache of these unsheathed nerves and cradled soft in seams folded twice across some muslin heart, of dream, I dream.   |

ah~ this from some time back... it is always a joy to write with you kid... or I should say try and keep up with you writing.. nice to see this here... thanks again for carrying me through on this..and I think anything we have attempted to write together... |

Chief~ I treasure every poem we have ever written together...this one, I turn back to often.... Writing is such a selfish thing for me....it has always been my...catharsis, my healing, my deliverance from the moment...and I don't often attempt collabs...for that reason...but from day 1..you have made it so easy for me...showed me...patience always....and a steady, steady hand.... I love writing with you~  ~baby |
