I spoke with Nostradamus.

I guess I should clarify

I have a cat...
who sits for long periods,
staring into his water bowl.

I had a dream,
in which
I spoke with my cat.

I asked,
"What is it like...being a cat ?"

He looked at me and said,

"What's a cat?"

All became clear
after that

simon,
To break the monotony of "Loving" my ponderings... search the archives...
Surely you will find something you ((((dislike)))     And when you do....  Enjoy that.   ::smiles::

Ahh, this one is a treat! The cat is the psychic par excellence, I just know they KNOW ... everything.
Mine is just calling, it's time for the daily appointment to play and run around the apartment and then hugging and then ... whispering secrets! of course!

love and smiles

Margherita,

I learned a great deal from my cat.
I discovered that he does not concern himself over whether he is a "good" cat or a "bad" cat.
I learned that he does not ponder upon how to become a "better" cat.
I learned that he did not even know that he was a "cat".
In fact..."cat" wasn't even in his vocabulary

I have cats also and I so enjoyed this poem.
It is so...hmm...cat like. Thank you for your interesting insights.
