what doth hinder inspiration doth arouse the muse
to hiatus under cover of lackluster enlightenment
simply to refuse, simply to restrain, simply to disallow
the nurturing of the soul—collapsing creativity
in scurrilous scents of decaying disarray

belaying the fears of non-conformity and sealing the fate
of mediocrity
pressing the envelope
of alacrity

Sometimes I think the well has run dry and suddenly something will spark a memory or I will be inspired by some small incident and the words will flow again. Just be patient.
