The blue moon weeps for company Alone on his night watch he surveys chasms of emptiness Void of love Void of contact Alas not even dreams come to visit What is the use in shining in the darkness? “No one appreciates him any more” the moon seethes Well the human heart is struggling to find hope as it is What if I stop shining in the cold embittered night sky? Let the blackness encapsulate their entire being for the world has lost its soul However the moon tortures himself and struggles from within Seeking a reason for living A reason for existing Realisation strikes to its very core The path is narrow and long and without the bright beacon of light then their would be no point to it all Sighing with relief and purpose The moon sparkles into every windowless alleyway and puddle of tears This time love will conquer all from within……………………………… |
