Living another's life...
that's how it feels
struggling to return
to normalcy.

Maureen, I know what you are dealing with. I only wish there was something I could do. I am always here for you.

I hope things settle down for you, M.
Normalcy is over rated anyway.

Roniece, Thankyou for your caring words. I am fine, just a bit disappointed in having to deal with problems not caused by me... but needing to be responsible for another.

Michele, sure can beat you down at times..just when you think you have rounded that corner...

Thank you Sue, nothing anyone can do, just another lesson to be learned and to overcome.

Bruce, I will always search for my definition of  normalcy...which is a very simplified life ( if I had only learned that lesson years ago, how much better off I would be today)

Thank you, Midnitesun, I have no idea when "things" will settle down, but all I can do is take one day at a time and tune out that which overwhelms me...I AM good at that by now.

Normalcy is over rated anyway.   made me smile

M,

For what it’s worth, it appears to me
Normalcy is not all it’s cracked up to be

Just when you think you turned the corner
There may well be another bend
But keep your eye out for an unexpected friend

And eventually things will settle down
Then you can abandon your worried frown….

Thinking of You at this time,

J

sometimes life fits roughly

it chafes

a shirt cut for someone else's body

decisions made by another's standards to fit another's needs.

in the end

the best of us

survive.

I thank you all for your words of encouragement and kind thoughts~~

Each day as he heals, I feel a bit better and will be able to handle whatever comes my way.
