I’m travelling
alone
on the near invisible
seemingly
endless
road

when a bleary-eyed car
is squeezed
from the womb
of heavy fog

as it passes
I see
the mirror
of his face

and know
that he too
has not reached
that blissful centre
within
the roundabout
of birth
and death

what a truth. Every one is traveling alone.
And alone we see many empty eyes
many spiritless souls
many lifeless lives
many wondered minds
and alone we travel along our own path.
