the quiet songs linger after when I day dream of you unraveling and leaving a thread of smile sides over a chair at the edge of heaven that look back in your eyes like in the love movies where everyone knows the ending will be a happy beginning in a somewhere distant place without shadows in the afternoon and without blinds on the windows lest something hidden becomes real and breaks the taste of whispers ____________ daark |
