I’ve just won a holiday “They need my credit card” No easy thing to give away I made their life quite hard I sounded pleased and happy The trap worked in reverse The holiday is terrific They quoted almost verse They tried to beg then threaten Make me feel a fool I gave them so much rope Could have hung a mule They quoted names and places I tried hard not to laugh To me it was pathetic Just one big load of gas They must make a living Some would take the bait End up loosing money Find out far too late I wish I could stop them From hurting other folk So if you get such offers Remember it’s a Joke You never pay for prizes You will report their scam Let others know about it Or do the best you can Free Cruises at www.greatvacationdestinations.com all you need is to give them your credit card details….. err but not American Express (who no doubt have blacklisted them?) |

Interesting...One time someone called me to try to sell me insurance and I never answered and they started leaving messages...so one day I called them and told them to never call my number again if they knew what was good for them...I think they got my number when I responded to something on the internet, where they ask for addresses and phone numbers, and then they sell your number and before you know it every fool with a phone has your number...James |

I feel sorry for those who receive mail or email saying they have won something they never even applied for... all those lotteries from Nigeria etc... or those long lost relatives from foreign countries who have died and left you money...if only you send them some first to receive the rest except for those who are elderly and aren't thinking clearly or are maybe just hoping, I find it hard to believe that people today think they can get something for nothing...the old saying still stands "if it looks too good to be true then it isn't true." |
