Screams are ringing in your ears Must be the wind There’s nothing here He’s so alone Lying on the bathroom floor Blade in her hand Couldn’t offer more She’s so alone She’s the girl next door He’s in the next dorm But you did nothing wrong It’s your job to ignore It can’t be your fault Choking with the chair knocked down Eyes burning Start to lose the sound He’s on his own It isn’t happening at all Too stoned to hear It’s not your fault She’s on her own The water is too cold But maybe you’re just too old To care anymore But don’t worry It’s not your fault Cause you chose to ignore She’s the girl walking by He’s the man who always cries But you did nothing wrong It’s your job to ignore It can’t be your fault Because you did nothing at all |
