Morning comes, then greets the night
No wars to fight or mind of hurry
Air that’s clean and choice abundant
Relaxed the way and not a worry

A healthy life with all I need
A friend or two with which to share
Contented in my habit space
But chance to travel anywhere

My parents both of Dutch decent
Now happy they in Aussie land
Six children all in close surround
And happy each to give a hand

I come from love and taught respect
I come from poor but never knew
I come from land that holds me warm
I come from where regrets are few

From place that’s warm and very free
Where equal chance is given all
I come from where you’d love to be
And celebrate my life’s recall

You're a lucky man, Rick and intelligent enough to know it. Well done.

Hello Ida, I am indeed in the lucky country and very happy to be here, lovely to see you here again my friend, thank you so much for the visit and comment.

Hi Jo, it is a great place to be, free in my own piece heaven, I don't hardly travel or go far, but am happy that way and where I am, thank you for making the effort to reply, appreciated.

Dear Dixie, I miss you as well when you not about, having friends to share with must be one of the biggest gifts that life can give us, I so appreciate you my friend and every visit you make, I will keep the kettle hot and the conversation ready ok.

Roniece my friend, great to see you today, lovely to have you visit, you know what a great land we live in and I know what a great friend I have in you, thank you for being there.

To you all my friend, again thank you for the visit and comments, giving me smiles to take with me during the day and each one I will share. Have a wonderful day and take care.

I enjoyed your poem greatly and I can feel your gratitude for the place you live in and from where you come from.

The quoted sentence is so important, not many countries can say the same!

Thank you Rick.

Love,
Margherita

Dear Margherita, thank you for your company here today, it is indeed a lucky country from where I come and one that I do so love; there is so much misery in this world today and sure there are the good days and the bad, but looking at the future and the past, life shows promise and many good memories.
Where equal chance is given all, I believe that to be the truth and strength of this country of mine. Great to have a chat, thank you so much for your reply.

Artic Wind, thank you very much my friend for taking the time to read and reply to my poem.

Hello James, I do indeed have a loving family  and so very lucky to have one, thank you for your reply, much appreciated.

My dear Sunshine, beam of inspiration, great to have you reply here today my friend, all these things in common, isn't that just great, glad you are happy with your place in life and where you come from, me too. Take care and be well.

Dear Linda, if I come from heaven my friend, all I can say is; it's is a great place to be
and a place that everyone can visit, thank you for your reply my friend, very much appreciated and heart felt.

To you all my frineds, again thank you so very much, all your words were read and appreicated.
