I fancy the idea of a child born
Not to a woman forlorn
Swept from the sifting sea
Given to the wailing banshee

The bells ring two times three
Stolen from the Virgin Mary
Burning the four leaf clover
Tis’ the time to shout it’s over

Ignorance is everything nowadays
Cascading the fires turned ablaze
Clearly a motivated façade
Eyes driven upwards to God

Oil pits fill our poisoned lands
Blood soaked in the ocean’s sands
Glorify the returning of Him
First you must learn how to swim

Drink the love while we wait
For the tide to rise and desecrate
Brought down in death and lace
Oblivion smiles in this place

Shaking are the hands that took the gold
Forbidden to move since the time of old
Wigs put up on their pedestal
High tide brings the sea gulls

Gather around the fire storm
Attempt to keep warm
Digging for food in the Earth
Enlarging your grotesque girth

Wanting to win the game called life
And clenching onto the steak knife
Kevlar vests strapped away
Buried by your choking display

Clasp onto the atom bombs
Spit onto your dads and moms
Flail the written laws
And await Hell’s applause
