Tides swell to your hands sweep. Stoop unto the shores of the world. Pour clensing waters to wash upon the lands. Bring silvering high waves strewing upon the salt sea strands, entwining winds, clouds, stars and lonely planets blue. Then take rest, so your streamed purity may ebb back out, to bring new baptisms across the globe. Ring out, wild bells, to the wild sky, ring out the old, ring in the new, ring out the false, ring in the true..A Lord Tennyson |

fine imagery!... I am particularly fond of: "Tides swell to your hands sweep. Stoop unto the shores of the world. Pour cleansing waters to wash upon the lands. Bring silvering high waves..." and: "...strands, entwining winds, clouds, stars..." Applause!! |
