Tides swell to
your hands sweep.
Stoop unto the
shores of the
world. Pour clensing
waters to wash
upon the lands.
Bring silvering high
waves strewing upon
the salt sea
strands, entwining winds,
clouds, stars and
lonely planets blue.
Then take rest,
so your streamed
purity may ebb
back out, to
bring new baptisms
across the globe.

Ring out, wild bells, to the wild sky, ring out the old, ring in the new, ring out the false, ring in the true..A Lord Tennyson

Wonderful imagery, dear Phil.
A true gem.

fine imagery!...

I am particularly fond of:

"Tides swell to
your hands sweep.
Stoop unto the
shores of the
world. Pour cleansing
waters to wash
upon the lands.
Bring silvering high
waves..."

and:

"...strands, entwining winds,
clouds, stars..."

Applause!!

Hi, Phil! I appreciate how you creatively spun lunar magic into this fine piece of poetic tapestry.

A pleasure to read ~ and to visualize.

Love & Lunar Magic,

What a cleansing piece this is!  I can heart the rhythm of the tides and the piece leaves me totally refreshed in thought, Phil!  That's magic!  *hugs*....jo

Thank you,Phil, for these beautiful words:
"Then take rest,
so your streamed
purity may ebb
back out, to
bring new baptisms
across the globe."
