Bleeding Ink

Words drip from my quill
to be understood only
by those with dampened will
slowly fermented in the lonely
inkpot of a poet's still.

Ivor G Davies

The moment created this second, is a  moment that's going to last.
It lives the full spectrum of time, the future, the present and past.

A cloudy write,
from a leaky pen,
hoping for the bright
sun, but until then,
while we wait for it to clear up,
I wish you would cheer up.

Nice piece, I enjoyed it.

Dipped nib into the inkwell
blotting paper ready
My aim was true mind was clear
Right hand holding steady
