What combination yet untried perhaps will be revealed, the key that may unlock the page wherein has been concealed that which begins with promise that our words would try to coax from hiding, though at times would seem one long elaborate hoax? What system of beliefs may hold those truths we vaguely feel that surely should we follow might our words cause to be real, and, there to lend them substance in the wake of where they go, no doubt eventualities as this may make it so? Should these be mere imaginings, it changes not at all, as questions begging answers from the empty pages call, while those who would pursue such things take many varied routes in hopes of hearing something that the pages' backround mutes, in whispers of confusion, very seldom sounding clear, as evidenced by such as this put forth before you here. |

This is a pretty good sonnet. The flow snags in a flew places but I like the poem as a whole. |

Xillus, Thanks for your comments. Technically, I'm not sure it's a sonnet. I've substituted Iambic heptameter for pentameter and changed the rhyme scheme around, but ,I'm glad you liked. Doc |

Margherita, Thanks, a recurring theme of mine, why we do what we do? Doc |
