I've been this way before rendered lonely in the wake. Thinking too deep, trapped in these words, disappointment hard to take. I've traveled this road before understanding, too much "between". Lost in the fog that paints one in blue, lately too much, this routine. I've lingered too long in this "will", waiting for just the right time. Though days pass me by in silence, I sigh hanging on to this wall I must climb. Understanding, a thing of the past, left alone to dwell on one's need. So I dance to the tune that plays in my head as a failure, sometimes, to concede. M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

Hello, I have just stumbled across your poem and just wanted to say it was really heart-felt to the stage of an ache. I thought it flowed really well. Thank you for sharing it. Abena. |

M, as you must realize by now, I always have to quote at least one memorable passage of any poem of yours that I read! "Though days pass me by in silence, I sigh hanging on to this wall I must climb." ~ Succinct, yet imparts so much... Loving hug, Linda |

obviously, a heartfelt and emotive 'write'! I am particularly fond of: "Lost in the fog that paints one in blue" [that about 'sums up' my life!] Applause! |

quote: In the moment you realize this, you are ready to move on, the peak is there, grasp it. I know of such melancholy and I can relate, but it's worth the effort to reach for the light, even in little steps. Well written and impactful. Love and hugs. Margherita ![]() |

"So I dance to the tune that plays in my head as a failure, sometimes, to concede." It's been said that how we think is how we are. May you think and know success! |

as long as you keep climbing, as long as the tune in your head is yours... you are alright. anything but concede. "too bad ignorance isn't painful" |
