Whenever the heart hungers
Desiring a need to write
Pleasure me with your words
Come whet my appetite

By feeding love and affection
Sweet dreams will flow
Words which ignite the spark
Setting my heart aglow

Conveying meaningful rhythm
Every note I will endear
Kindle burning desires within
Sing words I long to hear

Continue with a loving refrain
Words whispering amore
Play those heart songs again
With an enduring encore
