The Days of Love Forest Glen

All around me
bears and werewolves,
in the shadows lurk zombies
and creatures with hooves.
Within these eerie
mountains and streams
not a minute passes
without a shrill scream.
Out here on the fring
on this dark moon night
nary a star is shining
within my farsight.
From mountain and valleys
echo blood curdling screams
awakening me from a
missing home dream.
From my belt hangs
my well used sword,
my strength and courage
assuring my rewards.
Just one more days journey
and from this forest I'll descend
where my sweetheart waits
in love forest glen.
Once I lay eyes upon her
my weary journey will
come to an end and the
festival of reconciliation
upon that day will begin.
These be the days of
Love Forest Glen.
