I Left Her Two Months Ago I left her two months ago But it was only now that she left me Time has made my heart ache less This time is different then the last When we would profess are love and unhappiness A test F is for Faliure Although it doesn’t really apply here I fear it was bound to happen Sooner rather than later No longer committing capers But soul shapers My soul shakes at the thought That no longer are my emotions caught Yet fraught over the last three weeks in Chicago I’ve got Will I continue to see her pants drop? Or has my whole plan become fraught Things sought fading into life’s black backdrop Only time will tell when my plane lands from Thailand Will my feelings be demanded, or turned to contraband |
