I have loved the all of you, the light beyond the
moon’s darkened rim, the stone cast to the last
dousing skip, the breath that touched my lips as
my own did yours in the pale sultry color of
a smooth silk covered peach.

I have cried, countless the tears that escape the
rim of my eyes, falling silently into the awaiting
pool that forms and ebbs, grows and then dies
silently among the cracks of broken earth.

I have dreamt, dreaming of moments that await
us, moments that carry the earth into the palms
of our hands...as we mourn the loss that haunts
me, the one last river that has carried me into
the waiting dawn....as I once again await a
lonesome river....and stars fall from the
mountains to our sea.

Oh, yes, dear poet, you are a man who knows about love and you write about it with such depth ~ and ever so poetically.

Warm hug and an understanding smile,

Linda

"as I once again await a
lonesome river"

Very, very touching. You're very hard pressed if you want to get me sad, but I feel the melancholy.

Written with great feeling Magnus but always remember that no matter how low we are feeling, the sun will always rise again.
and hopefully, before too long you will be able to smile again. good luck my friend.
