                       Autumn puffed in-

         Announcing a change in wind-
The morning sun paints the sky electric blue
        a festive backdrop to nature's last
                    party before winter.

                    The woods celebrate-
giddy, swaying, drunk with earth nectar...
Trees dance with the strong breezes until gowns
          blazing in copper, scarlet, and gold
       rustle, flutter, and whirl to the ground.

                    The sun departs-
A haze of smoke from ancient Indian fires
           clings to the blue-grey horizon:
Reluctant revelers silently slip into frosty slumber
           And wait for the warm kiss of spring to
                   Invite them to her annual ball.

bunches, we all have....I hope that you stay well, or continue to mend, whichever the
case may be.....and you have no idea how
I would love to bass fish...that is my fav.
fishing sport....my largest, a large mouth
that weighed nine pounds and four ounces.
Won me 780.00 in a tournament for largest
fish.....

I miss it and have missed you....
