It was only yesterday when we met, and touched through some lifetime familiar of trials before we met again, then found ourselves wrapped in welcome brace, and knew such silence because we loved so much of what we didn’t know and it was quite right, that silence, as time became louder than words could ever be, like it is when some salt-laden ocean clings to a heartbeat, where pearls grow when the fog winds you in and some morrow that was only once a dream comes true. It was rather like that, then, some almost three years ago, a wee bit following your other day of birth that year when we learned to lean upon each other so well… that talk became breath, breath, sighs, and sighs worked their way into smiles of yes, I know.
