Impatient Azure The cross hairs of autumn bear down Arrows sped in morning mist Sudden furrows frost has kissed O’er rooftops spread to shudder blue Aligned in the voice of soft summer hue Your touch as rain Turns streams Plunging neckline low light scheme Exhaled to the psalm of a panting dream Cool cling and night scent Dribble down grace Amber ample sighs and space A lashes flutter on horizons faint Adorned in seasons yearning paint Then pull, the flash of understanding Arrows sped fall never landing Hush blue that trails low hip prevails Astir impatient azure Eagerly, for your return Copyright Kkh 9/17/07 |

Sweet Poet, did not we just moments ago leave winter behind? Sigh. It has been a short season... but with your impatient azure, we begin the cycle of wait, again. |

A most pleasant ‘write’! I am especially fond of imagery such as: “cross hairs of autumn… ” Arrows sped in morning mist…”; “voice of soft summer hue”; “Astir impatient azure” Applause! |

"The cross hairs of autumn bear down Arrows sped in morning mist Sudden furrows frost has kissed O’er rooftops spread to shudder blue" This type of day I look forward to. Great write TD!! JL Blessed are those who are generous, because they feed the poor. ~Proverbs 22:9 NLT |
