when I come home she's waiting there the kitchen where she roams Beautiful smells at once me tells a joy for mouth and nose After we dine we sip some wine I spy her lovely pose Grant her a kiss I cannot miss from head down to her toes She spills her pears but I don't care it only stains her clothes from far away I watch her play seductive littlr game It's all the same but not the same gets better than before and who's to blame what she became it's never been a chore she gives to me a cup of tea but really it's a door into her heart and now I start to turn the key some more She dissapproves of many moves only on the outside yet still she shows how her heart glows how she enjoys the ride Her eyes they say I loved this day don't try to stop the tide of love Adagio |

Hey Ralph... Sorry it took me so long to get back to this--I still think you should have waited to post this, though. I like the simple sincerity of your tribute to Leah, but I think this would work better with some "tweaking". Just come back over and we'll give it a go, k? I'll even clean my desk. ![]() See you soon? ![]() |

I'm an idiot. This is a beautiful poem. (And I just told Ralph I would never critique him again.) My only excuse is that Ralph knows more about love and appreciation than I. (and thank you Kacy... ![]() |
