Hibernation The leaves turned and fell later this year than last life, these days, is slower than those warmer days of past I'm in no real big hurry to find love and keep it you reap what you sow, and I planted silence, now I reap it. Harvest arrived here stumbling tumbling on shards of laughter turning them into liquid, just to freeze them the season after. I suppose I'll have to get up and start moving around eventually wave goodbye to the moon and forget how you lost your love for me. But for now, I stay in hibernation and remember the life love used to bring it hurts to move so fast right now so I lay asleep and wait for Spring. |

One day, I know you do not believe it now, you will think back and smiles will appear across your face. Life for you is still ahead and because of what you have experienced you will be all the better for it. But only you can make the changes to live. Life is too beautiful to throw away. You Are Loved. |

This is beautifully poetic! Well done. Write on! It is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness. |

This poem left me speechless. I think it is among the best that I have read here in PiP. I love it. Alison |

You see - You and I ARE kindred spirits, that harvest on our minds, as well as spring, and saving up the energy to face it. Well done as always, and I am glad to see your work here. I enjoy it so very much! {{{hugs}}} Caroline |
