Tomorrow

Although today is filled with struggles
Tomorrow is a day brand new
There are many times, I tell myself this
Just to help myself get through

Each day is filled with such loneliness
And, I hate to even get out of bed
It seems no matter how hard I try
I see nothing but struggles ahead

There are those times when I feel
I just can't go on any further
It seems there will never come the day
When this life will get better

Today it seems, is no different
It feels the same, as yesterday
Still, I tell myself to hang on
For tomorrow is, a brand new day

There is no way for us to even know
Exactly what tomorrow will bring
So whatever you do, always
Hang onto your hopes and dreams

Good golly, Miss Molly! You and your muse are on quite a roll! It appears that the rest did her some good! You two are cranking out some fine emotive pieces of poetry!

A good way to get out of the doldrums and the same old, same old, is to ~
