Isn't life a marvel; I mean really, isn't it a stitch? Walking in the darkness on a quiet night as this, indulging soul and body, heart for moments feeling young thoughts wrapped around a witch, I slide my hand into the earth and feel it grasping in return; this little back worlds planet so ripe and full of life, chock full of randy frightened primates always ready for a fight, bodies filled with needy souls trying hard not to evolve. It is time perhaps to tell the truth, but then what would it solve? ©2007 by icebox |

Ice~ i absolutely loved this. I was grabbed by the title of your poem, and then your words so dutifully painted pictures for me. I thought this was just tremendous. Thank you for sharing. In the sight of Love, fear isn't even as great as a single hair: in the law of Love, everything is offered as a sacrifice |

But then, it's always valid to ask the questions, as you do. Leaving me in deep thought, as usual Liz |

Icebox, I love those "randy frightened primates", it's the human condition, and they're the only company we got. Good on them. Bobby |
