Felix is very much annoyed with himself. He’s having a great deal of difficulty dealing with the fact that he had James practically in the palm of his hand, and that he didn’t mess him up real good. He’s kicking himself for being too soft hearted. He must do better. He has to have a plan. Felix knows it must involve money. That’s one of the rules Felix has developed over the years. “Never do anything unless there’s money in it.” His childhood days of working and not getting anything for it at James’s place have rubbed that permanently into his psyche. Seems like Felix has learned many lessons in his lifetime and all the hard way. I have to feel sorry for young men like Felix who live a hard, cold life and grow up to be hard, cold men. I wish that more people like the nuns at the convent would have stepped in to be an example to him rather than people like James. |

Yo Hoot_owl_rn, How’s about we cut Felix a little slack here. He hasn't done anything to James yet. Felix might be hard, but he's not cold. Just ask Sally. Instead of hard, let's call it elastic, not plastic. Felix is young yet, you know. Sainthood is in his future. Bobby |

Felix should feel good about being the better man and not doing anything but I know how anger can eat a person up... |

sorry...that I am not always able to read these 'powerful' writes when first posted and/or in the proper sequence; etc. yes... money...simply the "root of all?!"... or is it only the 'square root' of many things far more 'important'?!... what shall Felix discover...what lessons shall be learned?!..... continuing applause!! |

well I hope things will get better for them both anger has me on the edge of really being a bad person myself...bad evil thoughts...and totally not like me at all so I can relate to Felix maybe we'll both get our break-throughs soon |
