Breathing Standing here . . . in the center of the room where we spend our nights . . . I breathe you, my body flushing with warmth when I think of the things we've done and said. I breathe you, following your scent from room to room throughout the house, wanting, anticipating, needing to hear your car in the drive, your key in the door - needing to see your eyes meet mine just before we stand there, in the center of the room where we spend our nights, breathing, our bodies flushed with the warmth of things we're going to say and do.
