Love was stolen from us When we broke the trust We can start again… Start at the beginning, not the end Let’s just forget about the past Ask each other for forgiveness Help pick each other up off the broken pavement The pavement of Love Destroyed by betrayal, anger and resentment Forgiveness needs to always be given And love has to stay fresh. |

Forgiveness is a gift that we give to ourself aas well. As the saying goes, "Let bygones, be bygones." That may be easier said, than done. However, it is often worth the effort.  May you both clean the slate and begin anew.  EA |
