Im sitting here watching memories of you on video tapes. Press play, sit back and take away the pain all the memories made. Temporary relief from everyday occurences where I see your face, And mine rains tears for your memories. Irony. What makes me cry makes me so happy. I cant seem, to understand how this can be. At the foot of this bed ive cried too many times thinking of your memories. Eyes closed, head in my pillow. The darkness is broke by bright flashes of your memories. If these pillows could talk, after theyve dried, theyd talk rivers of your memories. (flowing smooth to rough rapids that drown me to sleep) And now theres too many memories in this poem. How this would end was always unknown. Flip the pillow to the dry side of my thoughts. Time to sleep off the shakes that these memories brought. ~Jamison~ "feeling sorrow for all the things u had to steal and borrow, bring back the dates we had b4 tomorrow"-red jumpsuit apparatus |

I love the part about too many memories in this poem. I can really relate to that when I write about something personally painful, those memories flood back each time I read it. great job on this. |
