Down Under She was a fair lady from “down under” She stole me treasure she did. Me being a pirate I should-of known better and acted like ol’cappin’ kid. I should’ve hidden me treasure I should’ve kept it to me’ self. If I would’ve done that then for sure I’d be happy And I’d have some rum on me shelf. Ohhhhhhh! I’ll not hesitate ta’ say She has it for sure in the palm of eer’hand Where she keeps it all of the day. Ohhhhhhh! She was a fair lady from down under She stole me treasure, she did. Oh Ay, it’s far purer than that mattie. For me treasure is buried deep in me heart Ohhhhhhh! I love that fair lady from down under She stole me heart she did She has all me treasure And me keg of brown rum So what is a pirate ta’do… I’ll leave the rest of me story to you… ö  What I used to do with one hand tied behind my back now requires every muscle in my body, cohesively. |

I was singing my little ole heart out all the way through the reading of this yo-ho-ho of a story. She has a treasure that is worth far more than gold. ~ She has your heart! how articulate this was a fun ride JL...enjoyed the jingle, the humor and the story... this would be great to music you've out done yourself with this one although not you MO, truly a wonderful write enjoyed |
