I do not wear the brown of love’s emphatic “no” like a choker around my neck but instead the blue of a mood that sets the “no” to flip-flapping like a traumatized black bat in the belfry of my mind. And like a reactionary upstart loud, too loud, and on the point of deafening the king I do the mental fuss-fuss-fuss in the dead of lonely nights. To be awake to what’s perceived as the right of this lifetime and yet to sleep a foolish act that impacts the rest of time with riotous behaviour. Turn, turn, turn; it’s okay to learn brown never can enhance ethereal skin tones! Helen / 19 June 2007 [This message has been edited by Honeybunch (06-19-2007 09:46 AM).] |

Well now...I've seen some golden browns that might enhance the color of my eyes... but it is always up to the beholder. Enjoyed the thoughts behind this, Helen. |
