All right. I wrote this poem a while ago for my Girlfriend( Still together happily ), and it made her WEEK! So, for your viewsing pleasure, I now present you with For my Bella. Sweet blue eyes that shook the stars Sweet round lips that rattled the car Sweet soft skin that tingled to the touch Sweet, sweet hellos that mean so much. A graceful way in walking down the block A graceful sass that gives ya' the shock A graceful way in how she shivers your spine Just to let me know that she's all mine. Such a beautiful voice to rattle my dreams such a beautiful emotion to help me blow off some steam such a beautiful hand to hold while we walk Such a beautiful girl who I love to talk to. Wouldn't change her for the world Not for the riches in Ft. Knox. Cause I got her the way she is. Not something mass produced and boxed. For my Bella. |

Very nicely done, and how true is it that when we truly love someone we would never want them to change. |

I bet she was thrilled. I think we all love to have another write to us - share their talents in such a wonderful way. I know I do. I am looking forward to reading more of your writing. It's going to be fun to see the variety in your style as I see that now as I read your poetry and prose. A |

Thank you Spirit, you can count on that. I love her for what she is and if there's a God I'll thank him every day for meeting this girl. Drauntz, simplistically put. Muchos Gracias. Much Ablidge Rogue, and the statement rings true. I didn't want to write her the same ole' stuff or read the same ole' elementary poems. So I shot from the hip and it came from the heart. And A, I can thankfully agree it will be an honor and priveledge getting lost in your words of wisdom and metaphorical daze. Cheers. |
