Blue waters flow, from the hills to below, flowing past trees, flowers, and gardens with peas. Still going by there's now smoke in the sky closer and closer the river does get picking up pace bit by bit Winding and turning, while the wild fire's burning Trees crashing down on the innocent town People are screaming while the fire is gleaming building with rage as it kills the poor sage bright orange and red some animals still in bed. They need to hurry before they fell fire's fury. Too late for them, and the flower and it's stem. They're gone, they're dead, No more to be said. Water now drops on all the tree tops, coming to it's last fire and water both pass. The fire becomes still no longer to kill, the haze is ascending, and the water's path ending. This is near to my heart, I live where 600,000 acres is burnt and still burning. The only title I can think of is, "Anew". God takes away and then replenishes. May not help, but I really enjoyed reading this. |
