“Remembered” She remembered the first time he saw her, the first time he whispered her name. She felt like a young farmers daughter, who gave him her love all the same. He remembered the lilt of her laughter, her sparkling eyes when he came. He promised his love ever after, and gave her his heart and his name. They remembered their lifetime together the hard times, the fortune and fame. They passed through the good and bad weather shared honors and failures with pain. . |
