 Tell me what love is… Can love accept all Is love that tolerant Understanding allwithout doubt Or is it a blinder… Can it be a weakness, this emotion It feels that way at times A weakness Can you tell me what love is? No longer a simple emotion Evolved into so many fractions The purity of it gone forever Is “I love You” sincerely said At times it is, but mostly not Have you felt such emotion? That overwhelming feeling People talk about so much That feelingpoems are made of Have you ever dreamt about it? That dream, has it realized… I hope it has… for if it hasn’t You have missed One of the greatest gift of all If you don’t know what it is by now Life must be an empty shell… Colorless… meaningless… Not because You need to be “In love” But because any type of love Is a precious gift… Nothing weak about that emotion Its the very thing that drives you… The strength of your inner being Jen--->MindBodySoul |
