Where does the heart go? When day folds easy into billowing blackest brilliance? When dreams come drifting to minds with simple graceful elegance?Like plashing waves on sheening shores. Life a sea, rising and falling, rolling and motionless, adrift with breeze, moon, stars and inward spiraling heart, to be freed from earthly bonds. Ring out, wild bells, to the wild sky, ring out the old, ring in the new, ring out the false, ring in the true..A Lord Tennyson |

to be freed from earthly bonds.... yes those earthly bonds, it is wonderful to be freed... This was my favorite line... J. M. Barrie, the playwright, may have said it best when he wrote, “God gave us memories so that we might have roses in December.” |

excellent ‘write’!... [a grand-fine slice of impressionism pursuant to Nature and Romanticism!] one tiny question: should the word in line 6 be ‘splashing’ with a space after the ‘?’...? long-sustained applause!! |
