A year has passed, since that dreaded day, when my dear grandma, passed away. She was always, nice, just and fair, with ailments a' plenty, many burdens to bare. Reunited with her husband, she must feel great, but she left me alone, Alas cruel fate. Nobody will love me, as deep or as true, as my grandma did, now beyond the blue. I touch her or see her, She's out of my grasp, never more a moment, of her love to pass. I took her for granted, when she was alive, now in the pit of regret, I will dive. I wish I could see her, just one last time, to tell her I love her, with this rhyme. |
