So what if the sun won't shine? So what if it shines too bright? Either way-- I'm blind, ain't I? |

Got a rope? Get one... Ready... ? See see, my playmate, come out and play with me. And bring your dollies three, climb up my apple tree. Slide down my rainbow into my cellar door, and we'll be jolly friends, for ever more, more, more. So sorry playmate, I cannot play with you. My dollies have the flu, boo hoo hoo hoo hoo hoo! I have no rainbow, I have no cellar door, but we'll be jolly friends, forever more, more, more. Okay... How about... Did you ever see a Lassie... A Lassie, a Lassie... Did you ever see a Lassie... Go this way and that? Go this way and that way and that way and this way... ::smiles:: (((Serenity))) |

Oh man. I remember See, See. My mom taught me that when I was younger- My dad was a professional bowler, so they had to have some way of entertaining me on the weekend bowling trips. We used to play See, See and roll bowling balls back and forth to each other. My mom was my best friend. Karen, Again, wonderful. Something for me to think about as I squint into the clouds on my way to my exam.. which starts in 10 minutes. Love. |

dear SB, did you get enough sleep? you are very right. we can not live in dark because we have eyes so we want to see. we can not live in too brightness because there is limitation on our retina to sense the light...and there is a build-in protection system to protect our sight....to close our eyes uncontrollable by our own. your poem is brilliant ...that is the human essence. more or less is bad. but the balance points varies individually. brilliant again. have a wonderful day, dear SB. |

smile...enough sleep... *shrug* There's always tomorrow. And dear Drauntz...life is so seldom balanced, that staying level instead of fluid might actually handicap one--especially when life is turned upside down. *shrug again* There was a lot more to this one, but I only liked the last four lines. Sometimes the summation'll do. Thanks for reading! |

That Charlie and his wonderful new words. "Dross", yes that is what gets in the way... lol If we do not allow ourselves to feel we do not grow. Flowers do not grow well in the dark either, and you my dear are a flower in process, progressing at your own speed.. A long budding time because you are so busy learning and sharing. Flower: 2.best of anything, the best part or example; the finest most vigorous period, state of blooming or flourishing. Call yourself a late bloomer but oh! what a flower you will be.. love ya, martyjo |

Either that or you like the "dark?" Hmmm, I have to go to bed and think on this one. |

Smiling at you this morning... our rains have dissipated for a bit... now it's winds turn to play havoc... and the sun? Well, I could be blind, but I swore she winked. |

Serenity, "So what if the sun won't shine? So what if it shines too bright? Either way-- I'm blind, ain't I?" Hype up the water power, get those water wheels a'movin. We'll make our own light, eh? Do I hear, "This little light of mine, I'm going to make it ..." playing in the background? and if the wind blows, we'll harness its power, at least steal away some air! Love the brevity and deep thought that went into your poem! Very cuhl!!!! Take care, misce' |

You see more with your eyes shut than most see do with their eyes wide open. Whether the sun is shining on you or not, you have your own! Linda |
