Tears that stream down my face only show the passion of my heart
These knots in my stomach are showing me pain that cannot be seen
Forever in Love we will be, Separation only brings us together
My strength must stay strong and my spirits high for our daughter will not see me struggle
She has no sense of time but as for me time consumes me
It haunts me and holds me hostage
One of these days will be the day my arms will wrap around your waist again
One of these days will be the day my lips will meet yours
One of these days will be the day where baby will sit on daddys lap again
One of these days will be the day that we will reunite and continue being Forever in Love.

** I just wrote this today. This one goes out to my husband who cannot be with me right now since he recently joined the army and is away for his training. I love him and miss him and will be able to see him at the end of the year**

Forever in Love is a lovely pen name in here. My heart goes out to you as your husband departs to training. It's a frightening time to be part of the Army, but always remember how we are so proud of our soldiers. I think those who are enlisting now are real life heroes -- and I think the spouses left behind are also our Nation's heroes. You are in my thoughts and if you ever need a friend ~ feel free to email me.

I am enjoying your poetry and look forward to read many more poems that you share with us.

Welcome to our little home and we wish you,
your husband and family well. Separations
can be long and difficult but there are many
others near that can relate well and can be
helpful.
