The where he is not roars inside my soul air around my eyes hides like a frightened rabbit listening quietly each heart beat thumps louder and I tremble, with want; morning light tiptoes carefully fearful of being caught up in this beautiful desire wanting him near near enough to touch, to hold, to ease this ache of alone to capture his sweet breath in soft whispers of hello early shadows slide past quickly gazing at the need avoiding and yet delivering the message loudly he is not here It is where he is not that roars inside of my soul. |

Gentle Spirit Donna.... Milady Kate... Such lovely write strikes the sentiment of many a 'star crossed' lover... and provokes much feeling and emotion close to the heart. Know that the roar flows through your soul and echoes to the other half that makes it whole. The want… desire… the need is no less consuming on the other side of your soul. Morning light may erupt from a dream of shadows beneath the moon, to an emptiness filled only with shadows of the mind that dart to and fro in search of Beloved thoughts and visions to enable passage through the day. Early shadows slide past with every closing eye and sigh that envelope the star-crossed with a hope and dream that soothes. Yet, at every turn, the realization of such chasm between empty arms reminds and encourages the retreat to the dreams, thoughts and memories in order to dry the tears and bring the smiles across the miles. Believe me… I know this to be true. Thank you for sharing such a beautifl piece. MoonShadow . |
