The Winding Road The winding road, it always turns, away from the place where fire burns It burns the city, it burns the town, it burns the people and it burns the Crown. So, the road does not take you, that fearful way, but closer to the majestic bay, When you are lost, not sure where to go, just follow the road, and soon you will know, If you just keep walking, soon you will find at the end of the road, a home so kind. Keep on the road, follow the way and the you'll find, it's true what they say. The grass is greener, the sky more blue, the sunset more beautiful, a heavenly hue. ~Meg~ |
