         Evenings Like This

On evenings like this...
of such treasonably flawed beauty
beyond the grand percussive music
  of the storm,
I am dazzled by the endless re-awakenings
(of  all tiny ‘infinitely suffering’ things)
in multi-tongued voices of the night;
and, as I watch my soul
swirling in a cup of tea,
I know that we as well
  are tragically 'small'...
(and far too easily lost
to the thunder and starlight)
only ‘image-phantoms’ fading
in broken mirrors and shattered
  dreams!

another beautiful piece of singing the forever romantic dream that never been dreamed between the waking. then end of life is revealed carelessly. life, a mess if we dreamingly view it.
