Stop! Don’t do this
Take my hand, Let me help you!
Allow me to guide you
Into the light

Please don’t cry, I know it hurts
I feel your pain; see it in your eyes
I hear it in your silence
But it’s ok; I’m here to help you
I will walk with you
Along the path of healing

Please don’t walk away
I am not! Don't you see!
Iam here for life!
Take my hand, Let me in
Open your door, expose the demon
The pain that drowns you
Let it surface!  Set it free!
It’s the only way towards a new beginning

I won’t give up, I never have
But its tough love, you’ll get from me
Don’t run away to be alone
It will haunt your every step

At least with me, it will be faced
And you will have a caring friend
The hardest part
Is accepting a helping hand!

Take my hand
You are not alone!

This 'write' is most excellent!

[one infinitesimally tiny point however...
the pink lettering may detract somewhat
   from its grand emotive power?!]

MUCH applause!

another beautiful piece. Yes, there are hands to  help and there are hands need to be held.
Friendship.. better than anything because the love is true and one does not have to pay back obligated.

enjoyed the poem and the picture as always.

Hey, Jeannete: don't listen to him. (about the shading)
I read your stuff in Braille, and it looks just fine to me

An intense emotive write. To be able and willing to offer your hand to help another human is the essence of empathy and the best of humanity. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful gift.

I want to thank everyone for your kind words!!   I write with my heart in my hand...  I allow myself to flow with the emotion...   It gives me great pleasure, when my words touch you and make you think and make you dream... or make you sad... or give you hope... or just makes your day..

These beautiful comments... always brighten up my every day!!

THANKS to all of you!!
