A Birthday poem for a dear friend that I sent to her earlier this week.

I just thought I'd share ...

For Jenn ...

Sweet, but wild and untamed heart
Free spirit and friend loyal and true,
You may have left home to spread your wings
But we here still think of you.

And on this very special day,
I offer these words, to a friend far away
You are missed, you are loved,
And you are wished a very Happy Birthday!

********************************************
"How many thoughts
Can indecision take?
When does the warning light appear
Before a man breaks?
Mine is a restless heart, don't try to fix it;
Sometimes, sometimes I want it to ache."

--- Darren Hayes   "Like It Or Not"
********************************************

~you reached inside, you touched my heart,
and I am all the better for it~
