Traveling Tears
By. Karen and Kellie

Rain may fall again, but tears are they are forgiven gathering in valleys creased upon the cheek, scriven

Hidden in a moment as it falls to the ground and begs the prisms of the light for forgiveness--found.

Poisoned by a pale heart, tainted by familiarity and beckoned from the Cave of Death to walk again--agility

a breath in a darkened silence, breaking the mold of temptations ceased

oils dried in rancid yearn dropped as death--eternity

forgotten words, damned if these eyes knew why, rotted

spoiled fruit fell from the tree, from the Land of Goshen

painted across ancient canvas, on the stone in that dark cave

for history and prosperity a tragedy of broken romance from the grave

A shadow cast from a unknown traveler
A single hand upward and that:
"Arise my brother Lazarus!"
Weathered time a soverign journey
and Gods do not know graves.

Many Thanks to Karen for working with me on this.

Sorry I took so long to respond to everyones thoughtful comments. Life handed me a bag of moldy lemons and I made rather green lemonade.

Karen- I really enjoyed writing this with you. I have learned a lot from our late night talks and I am really really thankful for your harsh yet true and real advices and just being a person that can be harsh but not cruel and I really appreciate it.

Iliana- Green Lemonade isn't so great but I see that I am not the only one feeling so blah.

Sunshine- Thank You so much. I appreciate your comments.

The Lady- Very emotional and also appreciated!

Gentle Spirit- Hey How are you. I enjoyed writing this with Karen and hope to duet with her again soon!
