Now this is Apple of my eye number two
As sweet as any home-made apple pie.
One look from her will melt your heart
Her demeanor just makes us all sigh.

She has this little heart of purest gold
Feels every tiny, little thing inside.
She's tough when she deals with her sister,
But the love for her she still can't hide.

She is our sweet, touchy, and feely one.
Just a cuddler, who loves a hug and kiss.
A computer wizard just like her Pop,
Success for her won't be a hit and miss!

She's so advanced for her young age,
It's just incredible watching her think.
But ~ She's still our frilly, dilly girly-girl,
As cute as anything when on the skater's rink.

She dances, skates, even sings up a storm,
There's not much this little one can not do.
But what she does the very best of all …
Is simply saying, "Gramma, I love you!"

beautiful children.
thank you for the second warm wave.

I always say to my friends and myself that take time to love them. In a blink, they will be in their own families.

what a happy grandma you are. Lucky you!!!!

life is beautiful. beautiful.

Sharon, you are doubly blessed with your two glorious granddaughters! ~ and might I add, they are very blessed to have a glorious grandmother like yourself!

These poems and 'pictorials' that you do for them will be treasured by them forever ~ to be sure! ~ and even more so when they are old enough to appreciate the amount of love  that went into their making.

You are a lovely family! God bless each and every one of you!

Linda

This is our frilly-dilly girl, but she can hold her own against her sister when needed.  I love them both the same for who they are, and find it just amazing watching them evolve into who they will become.  As a parent you hardly have time to do that, as a grandparent it is your job.     thanks for reading.

I think that children are the greatest inspiration not only to write, but to "live!" I know they sure bring out the kid in me.  Thanks everyone, they love reading your notes.

How truly blessed you are to be a grandma!  I can only imagine how wonderful it is but that imagination is most decidedly helped by your words.  Enjoy every moment!

Oh mercy!  This will teach you to never acknowledge a proud Gramma!  Thanks everyone, they definitely are both unique but both loved the same.  They can't lose with great parents like they have.

This is wonderful and needs to always be close to partner with number I.

My youngest friend is two.  Last night we went for our first walk together -- she is quite the hiker and I asked her if she liked to walk.  She said, "Uh huh".  She was kind in face of my idiotic question.  I asked who walks with her -- thinking she would say Mama or Daddy.  She looked up at me, small hand tucked in mine as she clutched her little baggie of potato chips in the other fist and said, "Owie."

My heart melted and I'll be her and her sister's "Owie" forever.
