bad experience, bad life is part of life. How you let a dead tree change the view of the whole froest is your choice...which of course will have an impact on your mood of daily life and how you handle things.
you may live a day in happiness
you may live a day in sadness
you may live every day in anger
you may live some in calm.
We have to make a choice and self talk about it.
this is very serious.
one way to have a joyful life is to count the blessings.....count blessings...count the blessings of big or samll in life.
take very good care of yourself.

Mine is not hypocritical talking. I can spend days to listen to your anger.
But do you believe that human can truly comfort your sorrow heart?
Other might lit your inner candle but you have to let it keep burning to give out the bright light. Truly. Best wishes to you! and have a wonderful day and be happy!

There is this longing for peace and harmony and justice.
"Free to live and mend" ... which I would modify to "free to love". Everything is mended through love.
