I was asked by a stranger, “Who is Jesus, and why should I know Him?”
All I could think to say was:

He is The Beginning
He is the first spoken word
He is the first light
He is the first day
and first evening
He is the morning star
He is the Garden of Eden
He is the Tree of Life
He is the Living Waters
He is the voice speaking to Abraham
He is the Ram sacrificed in place of Isaac
He is Jacob’s ladder
He is Joseph sold into Egypt
He is 400 years of captivity
He is the Burning Bush
He is the hand of God separating the water for Israel to Passover
He is The Cloud by day
and The Pillar of Fire by night
He is the serpent raised up in the wilderness
He is the Land of Milk and Honey
He is the crossing of the Jordan River
He is the taking of Jericho
He is The Land
He is The Lord saying to my Lord: Heaven your throne Earth your footstool
He is the Son of David
He is Jerusalem
He is the Words of the prophets
He is the Lamb of God
He is the cancellation of death
He is The Life
He is The Way
He is The Truth
He is the Word of God
He is with God
He is the Word of God made flesh
He is the only Begotten Son of God
He is the Sacrificed Lamb who takes away the sins of the world
He is The Bread of Life
He is The Bread come down from Heaven
He is the First Fruits
He is The Resurrection
He is The Christ
The Messiah, The Chosen One
He Pleases God
He is at The Right Hand of God
He is coming ridding on the Clouds of Heaven
He is the Rapture
He is the Shout “Come up Here”
He is the Light of Heaven
He is the builder of Mansions for you and me
He is the one on who’s shoulders the last government will rest
He is the Iron Rod in The Millennium
He is the destroyer of Satan the false profit and the beast
He is the Alpha and The Omega
He is The Lion of Judah
He is the Old Testament Letters and Books
He is the New Testament Letters and Books
He is the time line of history for all mankind
He is the creator of Heaven and Earth
He is Lord of Lords and King of Kings
He is Life Everlasting…

I paused for a moment and said: “There’s more, this is what I recall for now”
then I asked:
“Who did you say you are?”

JL, God is smiling and is surely pleased how you have used your gift of writing to honour His son in such a glorious manner!

I am tucking this divine tribute safely away as a reminder that Jesus truly is The Way.

Love & the Christ Light,
EA

Wow!
It read like a litany, but a truly passionate one.
Yes, I think Jesus inspired you deeply and He smiles while He enjoys your love.

Love and Joy.

I can hear your voice, especially in the ending, that oh so serious voice, with an intent of humor, not judgement...beautifully done, and making me smile...enjoyed your enlightenment....

And it doesn't have to be a holiday
to remember all of the Good of Him.

Thank you, JL

Thank you so much for this precious keeper.
Beautiful indeed.

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart..
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul.
