Its troubling me cant seem to let it be trying to be rational, i need to loosen up Yet there is a fear inside of me which grows stronger everyday it races through me like fire coming up in waves, hitting me with force. Is it not enough, the love that I provide? Is it not enough that you mean the world to me and more? I try to find the missing part of the puzzle. somehow it got lost amongst us and cannot be found, or could it just be that the pieces dont fit anymore? What made us connected has disappeared, we're fragmented and damaged unable to find our way back. Lost in this maze, we cant seem to offer each other a helping hand, so much anger and bitterness beneath the surface which spits like venom with no warning. Its poisinous and flows between us, we cant control it its too far spread. We can only watch as our hopes and dreams puddle together on the floor. With downcast eyes we both know, we dont need to lock eyes on each other as the vision is already there. We're breaking apart the damage is irreversible The missing parts of the puzzle can never be found as you have half and I have the other and somehow we cant get them to fit. This war in my mind which makes me restless and frightened, I now know what it is. I've lost a part of me, I've lost you and now I am only half. |

...and now I am only half. What a beautifully descriptive phrase. This is a deeply emotional poem that has all the elements of being great but the lack of apostrophe's and inconsistent punctuation detract from its power. I'd like to see this revised and reposted. Cheers Kethry a good commitee can decimate communication. |
